Согласившись с доказательствами, представленными государственным обвинением, сегодня, Ленский районный суд вынес приговор в отношении главы МО «Ленский район». Он признан виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ (мошенничество, совершенное в особо крупном размере, с использованием своего служебного положения).+

В судебном заседании установлено, что подсудимый, являясь главой МО «Ленский район» с использованием своего служебного положения совершил хищение денежных средств в размере более 56 млн. рублей, выделенных из федерального бюджета на реализацию мероприятий по модернизации региональных систем дошкольного образования.

С учетом мнения государственного обвинения, приговором Ленского районного суда подсудимому назначено наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 3 года, со штрафом в размере 300 тыс. рублей, с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии общего режима.

Глава района взят под стражу в зале суда.

Приговор в законную силу не вступил и может быть обжалован сторонами.
